Terms and Conditions

1. About this service
Steam Deck Voorraad Monitor (DeckDrop), run by a private individual, is a free informational service that tracks whether
refurbished Steam Decks are in stock. It consists of the website, the alerts on our Discord server and the public API
(api.php). By using the service you agree to these terms.
2. Not affiliated with Valve
DeckDrop is an independent project and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Valve Corporation. Steam and Steam Deck are trademarks of Valve Corporation. Purchases are always made directly with Valve, under Valve's terms.
3. No guarantee
We check stock automatically at regular intervals, but we cannot guarantee that the information is always accurate, complete or up to date. Stock can sell out within minutes, alerts may arrive late or not at all, and the service may be temporarily unavailable. Always check stock yourself in the Steam Store.
4. Liability
The service is provided free of charge and "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damage resulting from using, or being unable to use, the service, such as a missed purchase.
5. Fair use
You may use the site and the API freely, including in your own projects. Don't request the API more than once per minute, and don't use the service in a way that disrupts it. We may restrict access in case of abuse.
6. Discord
Discord's own terms and community guidelines also apply to our Discord server. You can turn off alerts or leave the server at any time.
7. Changes
We may change these terms or change or discontinue the service. The date at the top shows when the terms were last changed.
8. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Questions? Contact us at contact@deckdrop.nl.
